AFIP Electronic Invoicing Training

You're registered.
Now learn to invoice.

You just enrolled as a monotributista or responsable inscripto and AFIP requires you to issue electronic invoices — but nobody explained how the system works. We do exactly that: two practical sessions on the real AFIP platform.

The state requires it.
We explain it.

AFIP's electronic invoicing system was designed for accountants who already know the terminology. If you just registered and have no accounting background, the interface feels hostile. We bridge that gap.

We use the actual AFIP system

Every session runs directly on AFIP's live portal — the same screen you'll use every time you invoice a client.

Small groups, real practice

Sessions are kept small so every participant can work through the system at their own pace with direct guidance.

We're not accountants

We don't prepare tax returns or give fiscal advice. We teach you how to operate a specific government tool that you're legally required to use.

Our Approach

Two sessions. Six essential skills.

Everything covered in the program is something you will actually need the next time you open AFIP to issue an invoice.

Issue Electronic Invoices

Emit your first real electronic invoice during the session. Understand the difference between invoice types A, B, and C and when each applies.

Session 1

Configure Your Punto de Venta

Set up your sales point correctly from the beginning. Understand what each configuration option means and how to avoid common setup mistakes.

Session 1

Generate Credit Notes

Learn when a credit note is required, how to link it to the original invoice, and how to complete it correctly in AFIP's system.

Session 2

Download Received Invoices

Find and download invoices that suppliers have issued to you through AFIP. Know where to look and what to do with them.

Session 2

Required vs. Optional Fields

Understand exactly which data fields are legally required and which are optional — so you never leave out something important or waste time on what's unnecessary.

Both Sessions

Avoid Common Errors

Learn the most frequent mistakes that newly registered users make and how to prevent them before they become a problem with AFIP.

Both Sessions

What happens in each session

Session 2 — Going Further

Always the Real System

We never use mockups or outdated screenshots. Every action is performed on the live AFIP portal — the same system you'll use independently after the program.

Common questions

Questions people ask before joining the program.

Do I need accounting knowledge to attend?

No accounting background is required. The program is designed specifically for people who just registered with AFIP and have no prior experience with the invoicing system. We explain every step from the beginning.

What do I need to bring or have ready?

You need your CUIT number and your Clave Fiscal (AFIP access password) active and working before the session. If you don't have your Clave Fiscal yet, we can advise you on how to obtain it in advance.

Is this for monotributistas, responsables inscriptos, or both?

The program covers both tax categories. The invoice types and some workflows differ between monotributistas and responsables inscriptos, and we address those differences clearly during the sessions.

Will I actually issue a real invoice during the training?

Yes. Each participant issues at least one real electronic invoice during Session 1, using their own AFIP credentials on the live system. This is not a simulation — the invoice is real and will appear in your AFIP records.

Do you prepare tax declarations or give tax advice?

No. We are not accountants and we do not prepare declarations, file returns, or provide fiscal advice. Our scope is strictly operational: we teach you how to use AFIP's invoicing interface. For tax planning or compliance questions, consult a certified accountant.

Where are the sessions held?

Sessions take place at our location at Reconquista 865, CABA. Each participant works on their own computer with a live internet connection to AFIP's portal. Contact us for current session schedules and availability.
