A training program built
around real confusion

AFIP's system was not designed to be self-explanatory. We designed a program that fills the gap between registration and confident, independent invoicing.

No Accounting Degree Needed

A mandatory tool with no manual

When you register as a monotributista or responsable inscripto in Argentina, AFIP immediately requires you to issue electronic invoices. The obligation is clear. The instructions are not.

The AFIP portal uses fiscal terminology, assumes prior knowledge of Argentine tax categories, and provides no guided onboarding for new users. Most people end up calling their accountant for what should be a basic operational task — or worse, they make errors on their first invoices that take time to correct.

Yalmado was created to address this specific situation. We don't replace your accountant. We teach you to operate the invoicing interface so you don't need to call anyone every time you need to bill a client.

How we approach teaching

01

Real system, always

Every session runs on the live AFIP portal. We never use screenshots, mockups, or simulated environments. What you practice is exactly what you'll use.

02

Operational, not theoretical

We focus on the actions you need to perform, not on the theory behind Argentine tax law. You learn to do, not to understand everything at once.

03

No jargon without explanation

When fiscal terminology appears — and it will — we explain it in plain language before moving on. Nothing is assumed to be already known.

04

Small groups by design

Session sizes are kept deliberately small so participants can work through the system at their own pace and ask questions without hesitation.

05

Clear scope

We teach invoicing operations only. We do not prepare tax returns, advise on fiscal strategy, or act as accountants. This clarity protects you and us.

06

Current, not outdated

The AFIP interface changes. Our sessions reflect the current state of the system, not a version from several years ago that no longer matches what you'll see.

People who understand both sides

Our trainers have navigated AFIP's system extensively and know exactly where new users get stuck.

AFIP System Instructors

Our trainers have worked extensively with AFIP's electronic invoicing portal and have guided many newly registered taxpayers through their first invoices. They understand the interface from a user's perspective — not from an accountant's.
