Session 1

Getting Started with AFIP Invoicing

The first session covers everything you need to go from zero to issuing your first real electronic invoice. We work directly on the AFIP portal from the moment the session begins.

  • Accessing AFIP with your CUIT and Clave Fiscal
  • Understanding the invoicing portal structure
  • Configuring your punto de venta (sales point)
  • Understanding invoice types: A, B, and C
  • Identifying required vs. optional fields
  • Issuing your first real electronic invoice live
  • Reviewing the issued invoice in your AFIP records

Session 2

Credit Notes, Downloads & Deeper Operations

The second session builds on the first. Participants arrive already having issued at least one invoice, and the session focuses on the operations that come up regularly in day-to-day invoicing.

  • When a credit note is required and when it is not
  • Creating a credit note linked to the original invoice
  • Completing a credit note correctly in AFIP
  • Navigating to received invoices from suppliers
  • Downloading and reviewing received invoices
  • Understanding the invoice record and history
  • Common errors and how to avoid them

This program is designed for you if…

You just registered with AFIP

You recently enrolled as a monotributista or responsable inscripto and need to understand how the invoicing system works before your first client invoice is due.

The portal feels overwhelming

You've opened AFIP's invoicing section and felt lost. The terminology, the options, the structure — none of it is intuitive without guidance.

You want to be independent

You'd rather understand the system yourself than call your accountant every time you need to issue an invoice or correct an error.

What you need to participate

1

Active CUIT

Your CUIT (Clave Única de Identificación Tributaria) must be registered and active with AFIP before attending.

2

Active Clave Fiscal (Level 3 minimum)

Your AFIP access password must be active and at security level 3 or higher to access the invoicing module.

3

Tax category registered

You must be registered as either monotributista or responsable inscripto before the session. The program does not cover the registration process itself.

4

That's it

No accounting knowledge, no prior AFIP experience, and no special software required. Just your credentials and a willingness to work through the system step by step.
