2. Description of the Service
Yalmado provides a training program focused on the operational use of AFIP's electronic invoicing system (Comprobantes en Línea). The program consists of two practical sessions conducted on the live AFIP portal, covering: issuing electronic invoices, configuring the punto de venta, generating credit notes, downloading received invoices, and understanding required versus optional data fields.
The program is designed for individuals who have recently registered as monotributistas or responsables inscriptos with AFIP and need to learn how to use the invoicing interface.
3. Scope and Limitations
Yalmado's service is strictly operational in nature. The following are explicitly outside the scope of the program:
- Accounting advice or services of any kind
- Preparation or filing of tax declarations or returns
- Advice on tax category selection (monotributista vs. responsable inscripto)
- Fiscal planning or tax optimization advice
- Legal advice related to Argentine tax law
- Representation before AFIP or any other government body
Yalmado is not a registered accounting firm and its instructors do not act in the capacity of certified public accountants (contadores públicos matriculados). For accounting, fiscal, or legal advice, participants should consult a qualified professional.
4. Participant Requirements
To participate in the training program, participants must:
- Have an active CUIT registered with AFIP
- Have an active Clave Fiscal at security level 3 or higher
- Be registered as a monotributista or responsable inscripto prior to attending
Yalmado reserves the right to decline participation to individuals who do not meet these requirements, as the program cannot be completed without active AFIP credentials.
